3. Adjust the parts where the peeling cylinder service platform and the suction head cooperate with each other. Cut off the pneumatic valve, pull out the peeling cylinder, and then pull the suction head down to check whether the area where the suction head picks up the label is usually pressed on the service platform of the peeling cylinder, and the suction area only crosses the cover for one sticker. part.

4. Adjust the left and right cylinders of the self-adhesive automatic labeling machine to carry out the labeling. Dismantle and compensate the product to be labeled on the fixture, turn off the pneumatic valve, pull the labeling cylinder and the left and right air cylinders down to the limit position, and check whether the suction head can be pressed on the labeling part of the product surface.

5. Adjustment of the length of the labeling and peeling of the self-adhesive automatic labeling machine. Depending on the size and model of different labels, the length of the peel-off label is also limited. If the peeling length of the self-adhesive automatic labeling machine is insufficient, adjust the color mark sensor to the left (towards the display orientation); if the peeling of the label is too long, adjust the color mark sensor to the right.

6. Adjust the suction range of the self-adhesive automatic labeling machine. If the self-adhesive automatic labeling machine is not strong enough to absorb the label, you can block other small round holes on the suction head that need to be used to expand the suction force of the label suction area. The gap at the edge of the tip can be wrapped with raw tape to prevent a little steam leakage.
