How to deal with the problem of broken labeling of self-adhesive labeling machine:

(1) The foldable release layer is destroyed: if the release layer of the backing paper is destroyed, it will also cause the labeling to break. Such a thing will cause the labeling tape of the self-adhesive labeling machine to break during the whole process of labeling, and the rupture surface of the bottom paper is zigzag. The reason for the destruction of the release layer is the shortcomings of raw material production and sizing. At the same time, the release layer may be scratched due to unreasonable skills in the color printing factory's inspection and replenishment process.

(2) Poor folding die-cutting: The quality of die-cutting is equally harmful to whether it is very easy to break the tape during automatic labeling. If the die-cutting pressure is too high, the bottom paper will be cut through. The compressive strength of the backing paper is reduced, causing the labeling to break. The broken surface of the labeling tape and the bottom paper caused by poor die-cutting are relatively uniform, and the cracks are on the die-cutting line.

(3) The rewinding of the folded label is too tight to cause glue leakage: the self-adhesive label labeling machine is in the labeling process, if the finished product label is rewound too tightly, the adhesive in the self-adhesive label will be squeezed and cause leakage. Glue, the extravasated glue will stick to the reverse side of the backing paper, making the whole bundle of labels not easy to loosen. If the label is relatively narrow, the compressive strength of the bottom paper on the total area of the enterprise is not easy to be large. The automatic labeling machine has a certain supporting force in the whole process of labeling. When a roll of labels with a seepage state is used for automatic labeling, it is likely to occur during the whole labeling process that the backing paper of the label is torn off, the support force of the labeling machine and the tension originating from the inside of the roll body may occur. Under the action, it is torn off and the label is broken. The labeling and tape breakage caused by such a thing is that the backing paper is broken irregularly because of the tensile force, but the broken surface is relatively uniform.
